DUBAI: Several Hollywood stars are descending upon the halls of Dubai World Trade Center for the upcoming Middle East Comic Con on April 11 to 13, 2019. Get to know six of them.
Zachary Levi
This American actor stars as the titular character in David Sandberg’s “Shazam!,” where he plays a superhero version of a 14-year-old boy. He’s also a singer who voiced a Disney prince in “Tangled.”
Kai Greene
Famous as “The Predator,” this professional bodybuilder who has won multiple awards in his sport is also attending the 3-day fair. He appears in the second season of Netflix hit thriller “Stranger Things.”
Iwan Rheon
Sick and eerie Ramsey Bolton in HBO’s “Game of Thrones,” Rheon also starred in British sci-fi dramedy Misfits. He appeared in hit musicals like “Spring Awakening,” for which he won an Olivier award.
Katie Cassidy
The “scream queen” starred in numerous horror movies and TV shows early in her career, with a breakthrough role as Laurel Lance/Black Canary in the CW smash hit “Arrow.”
Mike Colter
He has played superhuman Luke Cage in three separate TV shows: “Luke Cage,” “Jessica Jones” and “The Defenders,” which are all set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Tara Strong
This Canadian voice actress is behind the voices of numerous cartoon characters, including Timmy on “The Fairly OddParents,” Ben on “Ben 10” and Bubbles on “Powerpuff Girls.”
