Assila Investments have commissioned Drees & Sommer to provide construction management and supervision services for Kempinski Hotel & Residences, Jeddah.

Assila Investments, owner of the project, started construction work last year.

It decided to bring-in Drees & Sommer, one of top firms in its field, to supervise and manage the construction of the project.

Josef Linder, managing director at Drees & Sommer, has assembled a team of experts in high-rise buildings and five-star hotel projects to ensure the project’s diligent completion and quality.

“With our international team, we will complete the hotel complex to the required level of quality and within budget,” said Linder.
