Shopping center gutted in Riyadh

A huge blaze gutted Al-Haram shopping center in eastern Riyadh at eight in the morning before the shop opened. No casualties were reported.
The center is located near exit 15 in the Naseem district. Security officers cordoned the area and extinguished the flames.
According to Riyadh Civil Defense spokesman Capt. Mohammad Al-Hammadi, the fire brigade was able to douse the flames with the assistance of 12 field divisions, 10 support units, 5 rescue teams and a helicopter.
The cause of the fire is still unknown, however according to sources, a short circuit could have contributed to the incident. The damage is yet to be estimated and a probe into the incident has been launched.

KSRelief launches new phases of rehabilitation program for 2,000 child soldiers in Yemen

DUBAI: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre launched on Thursday the fifth and sixth phases of the rehabilitation program for children recruited by the Houthi militias and forced into the armed conflict.

The two phases aim to rehabilitate 80 child soldiers from different governorates of Yemen, Saudi press agency SPA reported.

The previous stages carried out by the center targeted the recruits from the governorates of Amran, Al-Jawf, Marib and other governorates, where they were rehabilitated and integrated into society.

The project aims to rehabilitate 2,000 child soldiers.
