The announcement came from Mansour Mohammed Alawi, the chairman of the Foundation of Pilgrim Guides for Non-Arab African Countries on Tuesday.
Alawi said that the geographical distribution of the allocated sites for the pilgrims in Arafat has been organized according to the affiliated groups of the pilgrims.
He explained that the foundation will distribute field service groups throughout the allocated areas to serve the pilgrims during Haj and to help them complete their rituals comfortably. He noted that there are 39 field groups of Haj officials to assist in this process, as well as additional services in the camps such as private medical sites, which will work in the best interests of the pilgrims during Haj.
Alawi noted that all camps are subject to follow-up and continuous evaluation by the Haj committees and the Ministry of Haj to ensure that everything runs according to plan throughout Haj season. He also said that the non-Arab African countries individual committees are keeping an eye on every aspect of the preparations for Haj in order to facilitate the smooth arrival and departure of pilgrims, according to the instructions of Rami bin Saleh, the chairman of the board of the foundation.
Alawi also said that the foundation is keen to provide all necessary facilities and services in the area such as electricity, air conditioning, drinking water, vehicles, umbrellas, blankets, trash cans and more.
