PIF launches company to develop Al-Khafji into coastal tourism hub
- The development project will cover 20 square kilometers and include a 10-kilometer waterfront along the Arabian Gulf.
- Plans for the site include eight residential neighborhoods with over 16,000 housing units and around 1,400 hotel keys, alongside commercial and educational facilities.
