JEDDAH, 29 May — Hyatt Regency Jeddah is featuring a six-day Italian food festival, which ends on May 31. For this “Italian buffet extravaganza, which you could only read about in cookbooks,” the hotel has invited chef Alberto Rastelleti from Hyatt Regency Riyadh’s  Olivio’s restaurant. Italian-born Rastelleti, who has gained vast experience working in many five-star hotels all over Italy, has surprises in store with his creativity and way of mixing authentic regional cuisine.
