DAMMAM, 7 August — A commercial shipping line caught fire yesterday while on its way to Dubai’s Jebal Ali port after unloading all its containers at King Abdul Aziz Port in Dammam. Informed sources told Asharq Al-Awsat that the ship’s 31-member crew was not hurt. Port authorities did not know why the ship caught fire soon after leaving Dammam. The agent of the shipping line said they were working with the shipping company to find the cause of the blaze. Saudi Aramco fire fighters helped put out the fire and rescue the crew.
