SAKAKA, 14 August — A new maternity and children’s hospital, with 140 beds, will be inaugurated here today by Jouf Governor Prince Abdul Ilah. The opening ceremony will be attended by Health Minister Dr. Osama Shubokshi and other high-ranking officials. Dr. Aqeel Al-Ghamdi, director of health in the Jouf region, said the hospital will have outpatient clinics, an intensive care unit, three operation rooms and six delivery rooms in addition to a first-aid unit, a well-equipped laboratory and an X-ray unit.
