MADINAH, 16 August — An 18-year-old Saudi youth was strangled to death by an old friend while vacationing in a remote farm, a local newspaper reported. Police arrested the killer, who admitted carrying out the crime which took place after a group of 12 youths rented a farm in the Khaleel region to spend their holidays. After midnight, they discovered that one of them was missing. Later, they found him lying in a room. They rushed the youth to hospital, but he died after two days. The alleged murderer confessed that he had taken the youth to a deserted room to kill him while others were busy swimming, Al-Madinah reported.
