KUWAIT, 19 August — Saudis topped a list of rich men in the Arab world prepared by Merrill Lynch, a leading global financial consultancy firm with a presence in 43 countries across the world. In its report, the company said wealthy Arabs excluding Lebanese expatriates owned more than $800 billion. About 90 percent of this huge wealth is in the Gulf.
