JEDDAH, 24 August — A Sudanese convicted of murdering a Pakistani man was beheaded here yesterday, the Interior Ministry said. Haroun ibn Bishara Adam shot taxi driver Malak ibn Muhammad ibn Akram dead in an argument over money. The ministry said Adam plotted to rob Akram by asking the latter to take him and his friend to a remote place in Jeddah late at night. “While they were on their way, he asked the driver to stop at a street and then shot twice at his head. He then stole the taxi after removing Akram’s body. (SPA)
