JEDDAH, 15 September — A Saudi convicted of murdering two people was beheaded in the western city of Taif, the Interior Ministry announced. Jaffin ibn Abdallah Al-Otaibi was sentenced to death for shooting dead two compatriots, Habes ibn Ulaitha Al-Motairy and Saad ibn Hazal Al-Motairy, following a fight, the ministry said in a statement.
