DAMMAM, 10 October — Prince Muhammad ibn Fahd, governor of the Eastern Province, attended yesterday the opening function of the annual meeting of the region’s charity organizations. Ali Al-Namlah, minister of Labor and Social Affairs, who also attended the function, said in the past 20 years charity societies in the Kingdom increased from 49 with a total income of SR219 million to 224 with an income of SR850 million this year.
