RIYADH, 18 October — Indian journalist M.J. Akbar will attend the annual Sir Syed Day function organized by Aligarh Muslim University Old Boys Association (AMUOBA), Riyadh chapter, here today. Parvez Hashmi, minister of transport in Delhi, and Safdar Hassan Khan, general manager of International Trade Promotion Organization of India, will attend the event to be presided over by Indian Ambassador Talmiz Ahmad at Riyadh Palace Hotel.
