JEDDAH, November 27 — Makkah Governor Prince Abdul Majeed has ordered the formation of committees in the governorates and administration centers in the province to provide relief to poor families whose homes have been gutted in fire accidents. The committee should comprise representatives of the civil defense, chamber of commerce and industry, charity warehouses and the local umdah (administrator). The committees should assess the loss, repair the damages and provide money, food and necessary electrical appliances to the victims. (SPA)
