The sum includes accessories such as shoes, belts and caps. An average family spent between SR300 and SR1,000 for a child under 14. There are 8.3 million children in the Kingdom, according to the latest statistics. While the price of a pair of shoes ranged from SR50 to SR150, the dress cost anything from SR200 to SR500. Purchases at shops selling internationally renowned brands could cost from SR300 to SR700.
