DOHA, 29 December — Prince Sultan ibn Fahd, head of the Youth Welfare Presidency, arrived here yesterday heading a Saudi delegation to attend the third conference of cultural ministers of Islamic countries today. In an arrival statement, Prince Sultan underscored the importance of the conference at a time when the Islamic world is facing many challenges. The prince said the challenges could be tackled by implementing the cultural strategy formulated at a 1999 conference. (SPA)
