JEDDAH, 29 December — Police arrested a man who stole the car of Capt. Sultan ibn Ayedh Al-Baqami, police director in the Al-Khorma governorate in the Makkah Province. The thief, who confessed to his crime, was handed over to judicial custody. The police found the car in good condition, Al-Jazirah daily reported yesterday.
