RIYADH, 2 January — A Saudi Arabian fighter jet crashed during a nighttime training mission, killing both pilots, a Defense Ministry source said yesterday. The US-made Eagle F-15 jet crashed some 150 km from the King Abdul Aziz Air Base in the Eastern Province, said the source. Maj. Fahd ibn Abdullah Al-Zamil and Capt. Tarad Al-Shaharani were killed in the accident caused by a technical fault, the source said. (SPA)
