JEDDAH, 14 January — A study has identified poor ratings by students, the non-cooperation of parents and an increased workload as the main problems facing schoolteachers in the Kingdom, Al-Riyadh reported yesterday. The study was prepared by Mansour Al-Noweiser of the College of Education, King Saud University, in Riyadh. Leniency on the part of school authorities encourages students to create trouble in classrooms and on campuses, the study noted.
