JEDDAH, 14 February — The International Islamic Relief Organization (IIRO) will distribute free meals among pilgrims in Makkah, Madinah, Mina and other holy sites during the Haj, according to Dr. Adnan Khaleel Basha, secretary-general of the organization. Each meal (worth SR10) will include chicken, rice, fruit and water.
