RIYADH, 14 February — Saudis intending to perform Haj this year can continue to apply for Haj permits until Feb. 17, an official source at the Interior Ministry told the Saudi Press Agency. The source said that the period for issuing Haj permits was being extended as per the directives of Interior Minister Prince Naif. He added that the offices for civilian affairs throughout the Kingdom have been instructed to issue the permits during morning as well as evening shifts.
