JEDDAH, 18 February — Immigrations officials are screening incoming pilgrims with the help of advanced equipment for taking fingerprints and eye profiles. The new equipment, according to Brig. The department has deployed 900 officers at King Abdul Aziz Airport in Jeddah and at checkpoints on roads leading to Makkah and the holy sites.
