JEDDAH, 19 February — A 51-year-old Saudi man died after falling from a beach buggy on the Corniche. The man was taken to Saudi-German Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. Col. Muhammad Al-Ghamdi, director of Civil Defense in Jeddah, urged recreation centers in the Corniche to abide by safety rules.
