ALKHARJ, 28 February — Municipal authorities in Alkharj have ordered all contractors and builders in the city to construct protective barriers around shopping complexes and housing estates under construction. An official source said the builders and contractors should also give an undertaking that they would remove rubble from the building sites to specified dumping grounds.
