TABUK, 28 February — A number of animals were killed instantly when a truck carrying them overturned and was hit by another truck coming in the opposite direction on a highway near here. Al-Jazirah newspaper quoting police sources said the truck was carrying nearly 100 heads of sheep and goats. The police, highway patrol and the Red Crescent were summoned to the scene of accident. Many passing truck drivers say the highway that links Tabuk with Dhaba lacks traffic signs to warn drivers about curves and other dangerous spots.
