RIYADH, 13 March — The Shoura Council yesterday endorsed four international agreements between Saudi Arabia and other countries. According to Dr. Hamoud Al-Badr, secretary-general of the Shoura, the meeting ratified two transportation agreements with Yemen and investment protection and promotion accords with Austria and Belgium.
