DAMMAM, 14 March — Police in the Eastern Province are questioning a woman and her husband for physically torturing an eight-year-old girl. The girl, who has been admitted to the intensive care unit of the Maternity and Children's Hospital in Dammam, told the doctor that her mother and her stepfather had subjected her to various types of torture. She also said that her mother had poured boiled water on her body.
