JEDDAH, 19 March — Princess Reem Al-Faisal will open an art exhibition by artist Zaman Jassem (left) today at the Rida Gallery in Jeddah. The exhibition, entitled "Spaces", will feature 35 art works, from acrylic painting to wood art. Jassem, who is an art teacher, was born in Alkhobar. He has an art education diploma, and held his first solo exhibition in 1998. Jassem won first prize in the Saudi Arabian Airlines Competition in 2001. He also won the first prize in the General Exhibition of the Kingdom’s Regions in Riyadh in 2001.
