JEDDAH, 10 April — Communications Minister Dr. Nasir Al-Salloum yesterday disclosed that a group of German, French, Korean and Japanese companies had expressed desire to participate in the Kingdom’s railway expansion project. He said there is a plan to establish three new railroads.
