JEDDAH, 24 April — The King Abdul Aziz Foundation for Gifted Persons has decided to award an annual prize to promote scientific innovation. Worth SR1 million, it will be given to male and female students from the preliminary to university levels. The decision was taken at a meeting held by the foundation’s executive council. Dr. Hamad Al-Baghady, secretary-general of the foundation, said the prize will be divided into four categories in accordance with the age groups of the students.
