JEDDAH, 3 May — The Housing Development and Finance Corporation (HDFC), a leader in the housing loans segment, has announced the introduction of a host of special benefits for its new housing loan seekers, in association with group companies HDFC Bank and HDFC Standard Life Insurance.

Through this initiative, the HDFC Group seeks to cement enduring relationships with loan seekers across the group. While housing loan seekers will be the first to benefit form this initiative, customers of the other HDFC group companies can also look forward to similar offers in the near future, according to Arshad Khanooni, sales manager of Technobuild/HDFC, Jeddah.

HDFC’s new housing loan seeker will now enjoy the following advantages when they avail of a loan: Life insurance cover at an attractive price under loan cover term assurance plan of HDFC standard life; a savings account from HDFC Bank at a lower minimum balance of 2,500 Indian rupees as against 5,000 rupees; standing instructions facility to enable customers to repay their housing loan EMIs directly from the HDFC Bank savings account; free international credit card (for one year) from HDFC Bank.
