RIYADH, 4 July — A panel of experts at the Cabinet has completed discussions on a draft law to combat market dumping. The bill, to be passed to the Shoura Council, will allow Saudi producers to file cases at the World Trade Organization against foreign companies suspected of dumping their products in the local market. The chambers of commerce and industry will send the draft bill to businessmen seeking their viewpoints. — Omar Al-Zobaidy
