JEDDAH, 14 July — The eagerly awaited Spiderman live show, which was scheduled to open yesterday, will now commence at the Ministry of Education Stadium here tomorrow. "The opening of the show, part of the ongoing Jeddah festival, has been put off till tomorrow due to unavoidable circumstances," Mohieddin Saadieh, general manager of ACE Events, which is organizing the show, told Arab News. Inquiries showed that work was still in progress for staging the live performance of the silver-screen hero that will enthrall youths and children in particular. Stuntman Andy Warehan, a 23-year-old Londoner who has appeared in movies and TV episodes, is playing the role of Spiderman. The show, an hour-long plot played in theatrical style, will continue up to early August. (KSR)
