DAMMAM, 5 August — An unidentified person was killed yesterday when the Riyadh-Dammam train ran over him near a sheep market eight kilometers from Hofuf. The man was lying on the track when the train passed, said a statement issued by the Saudi Arabian Railways Organization. The train was delayed by 80 minutes because of the incident. An investigation is under way. In a statement issued yesterday, the SRO said the accident took place when the No. 10 passenger train was coming from Riyadh to Dammam. The train continued its journey after completion of security procedures and reached Dammam at 2.50 a.m.
