JEDDAH, 19 August — Makkah Governor Prince Abdul Majeed will inaugurate a pan-Arab industries exhibition here on Sept.1. The six-day show, being organized by Jeddah International Exhibitions Company in cooperation with Arab Union for Exhibitions and Conferences, is expected to contribute positively to cementing inter-Arab economic cooperation, said Dr Abdel-Rahman Al-Suheibani, assistant secretary- general of the Arab League for economic affairs.
He said the show seeks to reinforce the principle of Arab economic integration and boost trade exchanges among Arab countries. More than 250 companies representing 18 Arab countries are due to take part in the exhibition. (SPA)
