JEDDAH, 15 September — Prince Abdullah, the regent, has instructed that public lands, buildings and other properties should not be sold to other parties or individuals without permission from higher authorities, Al-Bilad reported yesterday. The regent urged the Justice Ministry and notary public to follow the instructions strictly. The prince warned that the government would take strong action against officials involved in unauthorized sales.
