RIYADH, 18 September — AGFUND President Prince Talal has announced the formation of the first council of trustees of Arab Open University to complete the administrative structure of the institution.
The prince presides over the council with Queen Rania of Jordan as associate president. The council’s membership includes a number of Arab ministers and university professors. (SPA)
