JEDDAH, 1 October — Saudi businessman Saleh Kamel is planning to launch a major media project to address Western countries as well as the Muslim minorities living there, Al-Madinah newspaper reported yesterday. The project, requiring a capital investment of $100 million, will include a news agency, television and radio stations and a public relations company and publication of international newspapers. The project aims at correcting the picture of Arabs and Muslims in the West.
