RIYADH, 15 October — The first meeting of the Saudi-Russian joint Commission for Economic, Commercial, Investment and Technical Cooperation will be held in Moscow today under the co-chairmanship of Minister of Finance and National Economy Dr. Ibrahim Al-Assaf and Russian Minister of Energy Igor Yousvov. The Saudi delegation to the meeting comprises representatives of the ministries of finance and national economy, foreign affairs, higher education, petroleum and mineral resources, communications, industry and electricity, and commerce in addition to the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA), King Abdul Aziz City for Science and Technology (KACST), General Organization for Technical Education and Vocational Training and chambers of commerce and industry.
