ALKHARMA, 20 October — Police have arrested a Saudi motorist accused of running over a security officer at Howmiyat checkpoint, Al-Madinah reported yesterday. The man ran over Khudair Al-Otaibi while police were putting roadblocks to stop him after being tipped off. According to the Arabic daily, the man was not carrying any prohibited materials and police could not determine the reason for his strange action.
