MAKKAH, 10 November 2002 — Makkah Governor Prince Abdul Majeed yesterday announced Makkah Development Authority’s plan to carry out massive projects in central Makkah. He called for cooperation of real estate owners, investors and developers to implement the projects, adding that the rights of all parties involved will be protected.
The governor said the authority will work out new structural plans for Makkah and other holy sites.
“We’ll inform the real estate owners as well as investors and developers once the plans are approved,” said the prince, who is chairman of the authority. (SPA)
