JEDDAH, 24 November 2002 — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd arrived here last night from Riyadh on his way to Makkah to spend the last days of the holy month of Ramadan in the vicinity of the Grand Mosque.
King Fahd was seen off at Riyadh airport by Crown Prince Abdullah, deputy premier and commander of the National Guard, Prince Nawaf, director of intelligence, other princes and high-ranking officials.
The king was accompanied by Prince Abdul Rahman, deputy minister of defense and aviation, Riyadh Governor Prince Salman and other princes.
King Fahd was received on arrival at Jeddah airport by Interior Minister Prince Naif, Makkah Governor Prince Abdul Majeed, other princes and top officials. (SPA)
