JEDDAH, 15 December 2002 — Saudi Arabian Airlines has prepared a comprehensive strategic plan for developing its reservation and booking services as well as its telecommunications systems. Yousef Abdel-Kadir Atiyya, acting vice president for customer services, said the plan will be implemented in the first quarter of 2003. The plan includes updating the reservation system through introduction of a highly sophisticated system and linking its major reservation centers with digital circuits. (SPA)
