DAMMAM, 22 July 2003 — Algosaibi Information Systems, a Saudi based regional Sage Enterprise partner, has signed a deal worth SR300,000 to implement SalesLOGIX customer relationship management (CRM) software at SAGYA.
SAYGA is the largest flourmill in Sudan with a capacity of 1200 tons per day. It is part of the Dal Group, the leading business house in Sudan, with a turnover of over $100 million. SAGYA’s objective for implementing CRM is to strengthen its leadership position. It plans to user SalesLOGIX to help it maximize both customer retention and market penetration. As a first step, SAYGA will focus on building an accurate database of its customers and prospects.
Once the database is mature, SAGYA will use it to increase marketing effectiveness. Readily available prospect information will improve lead generation, reduce cost per lead and increase overall campaign effectiveness. Comprehensive customer knowledge will increase revenue per sale, reduce sales cycle time and increase cross sales. SalesLOGIX will also help SAGYA improve customer service quality.
Ihab Latif, managing director, SAYGA said, “We plan to use CRM to increase customer revenue and lifetime value by maximizing our share of customer business and decreasing cost-to-sell and cost-to-serve in our preferred business segments. CRM will help us deliver better quality products and services to our customers. By improving customer communication, we will know what the market needs and deliver the right products at the right price. CRM will give us the tools to respond more proactively to our customers, improve their satisfaction and commitment to us.”
