ABHA, 1 May 2004 — The joy of a bridal couple was shattered four hours after their wedding, in a traffic accident five kilometers from Muthaleth Al-Laith, Okaz reported. The two died at the same location where three men and two women had been killed the day before. On the previous day, a man driving toward Jeddah met with an accident killing the two women with him and a third victim in the other car. Since the word “muthaleth” means “triangle” the area has come to be known as the Triangle of Death.
