HAFR AL-BATEN, 3 May 2004 — Tribal leaders in Hafr Al-Baten were fed up by the reckless action and behavior of teenagers in the city, Al-Watan reported. The leaders complained to the police who failed to solve the problem. The leaders then met with both police and muncipality officials and agreed to impose a midnight curfew for teenagers. Those who violate the curfew as well as troublemakers at school will be punished.
