Haji Hussein Alireza (HHA), Saudi Arabia’s Mercury importer-dealer, recently received an award form Ford Middle East in recognition of its impressive achievements in after-sales and parts across the Kingdom. HHA thus joins a long list of Ford dealer partners in the region to be honored recently by Ford Motor Company (FMC). “This award is no less than what HHA deserves,” said Alan Eggen, dealer operations manager for Saudi Arabia and Kuwait and the rest of Ford Middle East. “It’s an accurate reflection of the great strides the whole team has made in customer service and after-sales support, and demonstrates its readiness to maintain the peak performance of Mercury vehicles on the road at all times across the Kingdom.” HHA’s inventory of Ford and Mercury spare parts in the Kingdom has increased by more than 50 percent over the last year, meaning that Ford and Mercury vehicles are easier to service than ever before. In addition, the dealership opened four new parts outlets — one each in Madinah and Jeddah and two in Riyadh, and there have been further investments in the parts training facility at HHA’s Jeddah headquarters. “FMC’s recognition is a great testimony to our hard work and dedication to constantly improve our after-sales services, and I would like to personally recognize all of our employees and management team for their hard work and commitment to achieve and maintain great levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty,” HHA Director and General Manager Ali H. Alireza said.
