JEDDAH, 17 May 2004 — Two separate consular teams of the Consulate General of India, Jeddah will be visiting Madinah and Najran on May 20-21. Indians resident in and around Madinah and Najran regions may contact the respective teams for consular services. During the visit the teams will be staying at the following hotels: Madinah — Hotel Le Meridien (Tel: 04-8460777). Najran — Hotel Najran (Tel: 07-5221418).
Applications for consular services will be received by from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on May 20. The processed documents will be delivered on the next day (May 21) between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m.
No application will be received by the teams on May 21.
No visa related work will be entertained by the teams during the tour.
