BAHRAIN, 19 May 2004 — Investcorp, the global investment group, has launched a new real estate investment portfolio, US Office Properties III, which offers its clients the opportunity to invest in office and retail buildings in three business and commercial centers in the United States. The portfolio comprises nine office buildings and two retail facilities in three locations: the Broward Financial Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida; Westport Plaza in St Louis, Missouri; and the Broadway Portfolio in the New York Metropolitan area.
